INTERCHANGEABILITY
Changing the look of the cufflinks, rings or pendants is simple. Each set consists of a bezel, base and design disk.
Base
The base holds the design disk.
Design Disks
The disks are the focal point of each piece and come in a number of designs and colors. All are made of hair on hide, leather or wood. Leather and hair-on-hide options include a second, plain disk to properly seat the design due to varying thickness in material options. Designs made of wood only require one disk for proper seating.
Bezel
The bezels are removable rings that allow the exchange of design disks.
These are cufflinks that tell a story. Jewelry that reflects your state of mind. Change it up whenever the mood strikes—quickly and easily. To make the swap, follow these simple steps:
1. Unscrew the bezel (i.e., the removable top-ring) from your cufflink, ring or pendant.
2. Let the inserted design disks fall out or pull them out. Use your fingernail or a pin if necessary, being careful not to pinch leather disks.
3. Place a new design disk—either two leather disks or one wood disk—into the cup of the cufflink, ring or pendant. Position orientation-specific designs, like monograms, so that they align properly.
4.Thread the bezel back on, using your thumb to hold the disk firmly in place so it stays in the desired position. Twist to tighten.

SUSTAINABILITY
All products at kasegoods.com are made to order and assembled by hand in North Carolina. Components are machined locally and leathers are sourced from Karen’s home state of Virginia—just a few hours away. More than 75% of the materials used to create cufflinks, rings and pendants are made of recycled or repurposed materials.
SIZING
Cufflinks are one size fits all.
Rings are available in sizes 5, 6, 7 and 9. If you don’t know your ring size, use this online sizing chart. If you have a ruler and a piece of paper or, better yet, a seamstress measuring tape, you can calculate your size in circumference using this guide:
Size 5 = 1 15/16 inches
Size 6 = 1 1/16 inches
Size 7 = 2 1/8 inches
Size 9 = 2 5/16 inches
All single pendants come with a choice of either a 16" or 18" ball chain with a lobster claw clasp.
LOST A CUFFLINKReplacement cufflinks are available. If you lose one cufflink, email asegoods@karenkritzer.com k to order a new one.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary based on order weight and delivery location. All orders are shipped (with delivery confirmation) in the order in which they were received. Orders may take up to seven business days to ship from the date of receipt. USPS is typically used to deliver orders; UPS and FedEx may be used for larger orders or to ship items that must be expedited. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier as soon as your order ships. Please note that orders using 1st Class International USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please allow at least 12 hours for the USPS website to update before attempting to track your package. Once an order ships, tracking is expressly your responsibility. Kasegoods.com does not track packages and has no access to additional information regarding a parcel’s location.The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, you can send it back for a full refund within 15 days of order receipt. Once your return or exchange request has been received, you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping address for you to print, attach and drop off with UPS or USPS.If your order was custom-made, you may request an exchange, but not a refund. For orders within the US, product exchanges are free and all inbound and outbound shipping charges will be paid for by Kasegoods. For returns, only inbound shipping charges will be paid.

What a bummer! Save the box and the items and email kasegoods@karenkritzer.com. The best effort will be made to replace the damaged items.
